Hey @judith , I think this is a generous and great offer to try out your Glide fin with pocketsize 290mm. I remember you telling me that you usually train on Fridays? Or do you also train on different days?

Hi Sanne, I met you in Liege where I did my first competition. My glide fin actually had 290 mm footpockets and you can try it in Eindhoven if you like.

@Lubo , Currently I have tested 2 Glide fins. One from Eric van Riet Paap and one from Daan Verhoeven, they both have foot pocket size 310mm, but the stiffness was #2 for Eric's fin and #3 for Daan's fin. For me #2 felt not totally right, but the #3 actually felt good. The only thing I'm getting some extra information about is the footpocket size, as the 310mm felt a little bit to big. But when buying a expensive fin, I'd like to know if the 290mm isn't too small of course ;).

I think that the right monofin makes a big difference. I tried another fin than my Nemo Wing and saw the advantage immediately…
I’m also considering buying Glide fin, so any personal impressions from it are welcome :)

Nice to hear that you had a good time and you that have a good feeling about it!
I agree that it’s probably better not to push yourself too hard and to be contented with your results for now..
